Ingredients
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1½ Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1½ lbs.steak – flat iron or top sirloin, cut into 1- 1½ inch pieces
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, except meat into a blender and blend until mixed.
  2. Pour marinade over cubed meat in a zippered plastic bag or bowl and refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
  3. Put meat onto bambook skewers and grill until desired doneness
