Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1 C oil
  • 1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp dried ginger
  • ½ nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ stick of butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 C powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix together oil, eggs, sugar and pumpkin.
  2. Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
  3. Pour into a greased 12 x 17 jelly roll pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, butter, milk, powdered sugar until smooth
  2. Frost cooled cake with mixture
