Grilled Salmon and Parmesan Zucchini Pasta



    • 4 salmon fillets
    • 1/4 cup tamari sauce and more to serve
Zucchini Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 regular size zucchinis or 1 very large zucchini, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces spaghetti (for gluten free version, use Tinkyada brown rice pasta spaghetti style)
  • 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
